Refunds and returns

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:

Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned after more than 30 days after delivery.

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank. There are often processing times before the refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to replace the item with another of the same type, please email info@innovationkubo.com and send the return to: Innovation Kubo, Via Pietro Gobetti 90, 20090 Pieve Emanuele (MI).

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to be delivered later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient who learns of your return.

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the replaced product may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee to receive the returned item.
